Mesa County, Colorado Selects OneOffice for Connected Infrastructure Management
RTVision is pleased to announce that Mesa County, CO has selected the OneOffice platform to support capital planning, right-of-way management, and construction management, creating a more connected approach to managing infrastructure projects throughout their lifecycle.
Located on Colorado’s Western Slope, Mesa County is home to more than 162,000 residents and encompasses more than 3,300 square miles, with Grand Junction serving as the county seat and regional hub for western Colorado. The County includes a mix of growing urban communities, rural areas, agricultural lands, and extensive public lands, creating diverse infrastructure planning and management needs.
A Connected Approach to Infrastructure Management
Mesa County’s selection reflects a growing emphasis among public agencies on connecting information throughout the infrastructure lifecycle rather than managing planning, property acquisition, and construction as separate processes.
With OneOffice, information generated during one phase of a project can remain available as the project progresses, creating greater continuity and visibility from initial capital planning through construction and closeout. The integrated platform will centralize project, parcel, financial, and construction information while providing real-time visibility, GIS integration, configurable workflows, and improved collaboration among County staff, consultants, and contractors.
“One of the biggest opportunities we see for public agencies is connecting information throughout the infrastructure lifecycle,” said Melissa Scherer, CEO of RTVision. “Mesa County’s implementation of capital planning, right-of-way, and construction management within OneOffice creates continuity from the earliest stages of a project through delivery. We’re excited to partner with the County as they continue to invest in their infrastructure and the technology supporting it.”
Mesa County joins public agencies across the country using OneOffice to improve infrastructure planning and project delivery through connected data, configurable workflows, GIS integration, and real-time collaboration.
