Crow Wing County, MN began using RTVision’s ROW application to reduce the amount of time needed to manage their land acquisition process, including creation of documents and correspondence for document owners, paper filing, valuations, and notifications/discussions.

Crow Wing County uses the ROW application for all aspects of property owner correspondence, including MDA’s, offers, easements, valuations and more.  With the ability for the ROW application to incorporate custom fields, reports, and document setup Crow Wing County has been able to setup the application with the exact documentation and data that is needed to manage their various right of way projects.  Agencies can also use the ROW application to compile and upload project and parcel specific documentation, integrate with GIS and parcel mapping, create project schedules, as well as provide external, limited access if working with external consultants and assessors.

We use the ROW application for all aspects of correspondence with property owners once the data base is set up.  We created templates for early notification, MDA’s, offers, creating permanent and temporary easement documents, valuation spreadsheets, etc… the application definitely saves us a lot of time with the creation of documents and storage of data.
