 The City of Independence selected OneOffice after posting a RFP for an electronic construction project management application.  Their goal was to purchase a turn-key software to move from paper-based construction management to an electronic management system accepted by all governing and oversight agencies. Additionally, they needed to use a system that was in compliance with MoDOT LPA guidelines for Construction Project Diaries.

After implementing OneOffice, the City also worked with RTVision to incorporate many of their own documents and reports into the application.  Although OneOffice has default reports and project management documents, such as contract changes, daily reports, and payments, the application can also easily incorporate each agencies own specific documents into the electronic workflow processes and maintains all data in one system.  With client-controlled access control rights, the City has also been able to provide real-time, limited access to external consultants who may be assisting in project management.
