Today, Crow Wing County uses the ROW application to manage all aspects of property owner correspondence, including memorandums of agreement (MDAs), offers, easements, valuations, and other right of way activities.

With support for custom fields, reports, and document templates, the County has configured the application to match the exact documentation and data requirements needed to manage its right of way projects. Agencies can also use the ROW application to compile and store project- and parcel-specific documentation, integrate with GIS and parcel mapping systems, create project schedules, and provide secure, limited access to external consultants and appraisers when needed.
