Wright County, Minnesota, has used OneOffice for more than 15 years to manage construction and maintenance projects and later expanded its use of the platform by implementing online bidding through bidVAULT.

Both Wright County and its contractors have benefited from the web-based bidding service by improving bidding accuracy and reducing the amount of time required to prepare bid documents and tabulations. Bid information is automatically uploaded into OneOffice, transforming tasks that once required hours of manual data entry into reports and public dashboard updates that can be generated in seconds.
